INTRODUCTION: This is a heavy duty alkaline powder cleaner formulated to rapidly remove grease and oil from steel hood filters. It is completely safe to use on all steel surfaces. It’s primarily used in a hot tank with some agitation but can be used a room temperature. 

CCC-26A is a heavy-duty alkaline powder cleaner formulated to remove heavy grease and oil from ferrous surfaces like stainless steel. Our CCC-26A is designed to be used in both soak tank and spray cabinet operations. CCC-26A is completely safe to use on all steel surfaces as there is no attack or hydrogen embitterment of the metal itself.

OUTSTANDING CHARACTERISTICS:

     Will not attack galvanized steel or stainless steel (not for use with aluminum)

     Heavy duty alkaline cleaner with state-of-the-art detergents

     Completely soluble & Biodegradable

     Attacks Asian greases

PACKAGING: CCC-26A is packaged in 50 lbs., 100 lbs., 300 lbs. and 500 lbs.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS: (RECOMMENDED)

CCC-26A will operate at its optimum if operated within the following parameters, for hot applications: 

     Concentration: 4 to 8 ounce per gallon (11lbs for a 130G tank)

     Temperature 160 to 200° F

     Time: 1 to 30 minutes, depending on soil levels

CCC-26A will operate at its optimum if operated within the following parameters, for room temperature applications:

     Concentration 8 pounds per 30-gallon tank

     Temperature Room

     Time 4 hours minimum, normally over-night

NOTE: When charging the tank, always add water first and then carefully add the CCC-26A. To increase the solubility of the CCC-26A, it is recommended that hot tap water be used for make-up. Not for use with aluminum filters
