These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BDE Supplies website, products, and services ("Services"). By visiting the site, creating an account, submitting a wholesale application, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Business use

BDE Supplies sells commercial cleaning chemicals and supplies primarily to businesses. You represent that purchases are for business use and that you have authority to bind your company where you order on a company's behalf.

Accounts and B2B pricing

Standard storefront pricing may be available to visitors. Tiered or catalog pricing, Net 30, and other wholesale terms require account approval and may be limited to assigned company locations. We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke accounts or ordering permissions at our reasonable discretion.

Orders and pricing

All prices exclude tax, shipping, and VAT unless noted. Shipping is calculated at checkout or quoted for freight. An order is an offer to purchase; we may accept, reject, or cancel orders (for example due to pricing errors, product availability, credit concerns, or compliance issues). Published prices and descriptions may change without notice.

Payments

Payment is due as presented at checkout unless Net 30 or other terms are approved in writing for your company. Late invoices may accrue finance charges permitted by law and may result in holds on future shipments.

Product information and safe use

Product copy, SDS references, certifications, and guidance are provided for informed buying and workplace compliance. You are responsible for selecting suitable products, following labels and Safety Data Sheets, training staff, and complying with OSHA and other applicable rules. Always review the current SDS before use.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, product names, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BDE Supplies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify BDE Supplies against claims arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or unlawful use of the Services, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and is incorporated into these Terms.

Changes
