DESCRIPTION:

SKINNY does the complete cleaning job by deeply penetrating heavy fat and grease build-ups, lifting them away from the hard surface and allowing them to be rinsed away freely with water. SKINNY excels in both foam and general use applications. SKINNY generates a clinging, heavy foam which will hold prolonged contact with vertical surfaces.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Cover or remove all food products from area. Remove gross soil from surfaces and equipment. Fill plastic bottle with SKINNY. Do not add any other product. Set foam sprayer to dilute 1:20-1:40. Apply hot foam liberally to all washable surfaces including floors, walls, tables, etc. Allow foam to cling to surface at least 5 minutes. Rinse. Use hot water with either high pressure sprayer or hose nozzle. Let surface drain dry. Do not wipe dry. Tilt movable surfaces to aid water run-off. To sanitize surfaces: Spray with Pepcocide following directions on the container. Leave surfaces tilted until equipment is put back in use. TO SOAK-CLEAN FILTERS, UTENSILS, EQUIPMENT: Dilute 1 part SKINNY with 15 to 20 parts hot water. Soak. Use brush or sponge as necessary. Rinse. IN OTHER AREAS: Dilute 1 part SKINNY with 15 to 20 parts of hot water. Apply by mop, spray or other suitable means, such as sponge or cloth. Allow SKINNY to penetrate soil. Then scrub with floor machine or manually with brush or sponge. Pick up foam. (On floors, use squeegee and wet dry vac, or mop foam into bucket of clear water. Excessive foam in the wet dry vac can be controlled by anti-foams.) Then, rinse with hot water spray. 

NOTE: Wear rubber or plastic gloves for manual cleaning. Metal surfaces should be rinsed immediately.
